Back Orders / Item not in Stock

Single orders or orders with back ordered items will be held until item(s) are available for shipment at one time. You will be notified via e-mail or by phone if your order has back-ordered items and we will supply an expected time frame for receipt of the back ordered item. We will present you with two options: 1, the opportunity to modify your order by eliminating the backordered item(s) and process your order for immediate shipment or:
2, wait the expected time frame for the backordered item(s) to arrive in our warehouse when shipment of your entire order will be processed.
We will contact you within a 24 hour period if this may occur.
